Cap12's mission is to bridge the gap & make real estate investing the most favorable proposition for investors; a transparent actionable collection of properties carefully curated & readily available.
They needed a website to display their Detroit investment properties that could easily be updated regularly as houses would come on the market & other would get sold. Each property displays a gallery, details about the listing, a breakdown of the investment cost & a google map where potential investors can easily explore the street view of each property.
The logo & branding are extremely minimalistic, using a greyscale theme, so the main focus is on the properties themselves.
